Praxis Magazine for Arts and Literature is a digital company founded by Daniel John Tukura popularly known as TeeJay Dan, a publisher and filmmaker whose mission Statement is to create a rallying point for writers and artists to commune and progress their craft(s).

The magazine showcases unique arts, literature, podcasts and performance poetry from Prominent Individuals like Richard Ali; author of City of Memories, Umar Abubakar Sidi; author of The Poet of Sand, performance poetry slam champion and author of Urichindere Dike Chukwumerije and debut novelist Maryam Bobbi among others.

The magazine is available online at www.praxismagonline.com  with some prominent names on its team including novelist, poet and creative writing professor, Unoma Azuah as its Copy Editor, and academic and graduate student of English and Linguistic at the University of Essex, UK, Adetutu Olusola Jr serves as its Non-fiction editor while novelist and screenwriter Ukamaka Olisakwe serves as the fiction editor with Poet Estrella Gada as the poetry editor.
